A few years ago, I discovered termite damage in my crawl space. Like most homeowners, I had no idea where to start. I searched online and found mostly national websites that recommended companies in states nowhere near Alabama — with no mention of local licensing requirements, what a termite bond actually covers, or what a fair price looks like in the Huntsville market.
I ended up calling four different companies, getting wildly different quotes, and spending weeks trying to figure out who to trust. It shouldn't be that hard.
